Local residents and other visitors may access library databases on campus using guest computers located on the main floor of Leyburn Library.
One computers are available near the Information Desk, and one is located near the "Popular Reading" collection.
How to access library databases
- Start at library.wlu.edu
- Go to "Databases" from our website
- Search for the database by name (for example, JSTOR). Use the search box or browse alphabetically
- If a database requires a username and password, this information is posted on a sign above the guest computers
- After opening the database, search your articles
- You may save articles or book chapters to the computer desktop and email them to yourself using your preferred email service
