Special Collections offers a range of digitization services for researchers from items in its holdings. For more information on types of media, equipment, and formats, visit the Digitization Services page. 

Once you have identified the specific items you wish to request, please complete the Special Collections Digitization Request Form with as much information as possible including but not limited to the link, collection information, series information, box number, and folder/item information. Please note that we may not be able to digitize some materials if there are copyright restrictions or restrictions related to digital or remote access. Should this affect your request, we will let you know. 

Please allow for at least 2 weeks of processing time for all requests. Larger requests will take more time to digitize. Requests will be addressed on a first-come-first-serve but request priority will be given to W&L faculty and staff.
