I am trying to access an e-book, but I get a message that says "in use." What do I do?
Answer
Some ebooks have restrictions on the number of users that can read the material at one time. If you receive an "in use" message, you will need to wait until the other user is finished before accessing the title.
Note: The library always tries to purchase unlimited user eBooks when available.
