I'm having problems accessing online material off-campus. Can you help?


A number of W&L users reported problems accessing online material off-campus.
This problem stems from web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc) remembering old login information.

To remedy this issue and get to the content you want, you have two choices:

  1. Use a different web browser than you use normally. Example: If you usually use Chrome, try Firefox!
  2. Clear your entire history, cache, and cookies for all time in your regular web browser.
    For detailed instructions about your specific browser, visit Clear your cache, cookies, and history
    • As you are clearing your browser data, make sure to choose “All Time,” “Everything,” “All History” or an equivalent.
    • Then, close and reopen your web browser.
